With over two decades of experience across global markets and diverse industries—ranging from e-commerce and banking to telecom, healthcare, and immigration—I’ve been deeply involved in managing business transitions, customer experience, and back-office operations.

I believe in a clear, strategic approach to business—managing the P&L with discipline, removing obstacles, and aligning objectives with measurable outcomes. My focus remains on building a performance-driven culture while nurturing internal stakeholders through learning, development, and well-defined SOPs that support manpower retention.
